The nicest we’ve ever seen! This badge is a NOS (new old stock) piece from 1966. It has never been mounted on a car, but has some very minor surface scuffing from storage (see photos).

Last produced in 1966, BMW used these badges on the first generation, early 1600. Sometime in 1967 the badges were changed to simply "1600," without the "BMW" script. These have not been available in half a century - BMW never offered these for sale individually (separate from the cars).
