A True Euro - Inka BMW 2002 lux
Europe always gets the cool cars, and this one is no exception. Up for sale in Germany, this 1974 BMW 2002 is a true euro-spec car, meaning it has the beautiful slim bumpers, no ugly US side markers, no smog equipment, among a host of other small details. Finished in the popular inka orange, this car is undoubtedly a head turner. Lowered over a set 16" ALPINA wheels, the stance on this car is quite nice, although I would prefer 15" wheels as anything bigger looks a bit like a hotwheel in my opinion.
Yet another rare option we never got on this side of the pond is the "lux" package, which this 2002 is equipped with. The "lux" package was predominately an interior upgrade option, giving the car velour seats, wood door card inserts, door card pockets, a rear seat armrest, 13" BBS Mahle wheels, and some other parts I'm probably forgetting.
The inka orange paint over lux interior makes this car very special, and combined with the euro specifications it would be a great option to import to the US, as it would be one-of-a-kind guaranteed. For 6950 euros, or about $7500 at the current exchange rate, this car appears to be a nice buy if everything checks out (rust-wise).
